Python Job: Web Developer

Outfox Stories provides a platform for readers to commission erotic fiction from a community of authors. We are looking for a dedicated Full Stack Web Developer to join our team developing the site for our growing community. This job is a fully remote, 6 month contract, part time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and iterating off our website, currently in beta with live users
• Contribute to the design and development of new features on the website, including both layout and functionality
• Maintain and backup our databases
• Ongoing site support, identifying and fixing bugs
• Collaborate with the team suggesting new improvements

Skills and Experience:

• Experience designing and developing websites across all aspects of web development
• Proficiency in front end languages and libraries (HTML/ CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript)
• Proficiency in back end languages and frameworks (Python, Django)
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, but also able to work independently

Preferred Experience:

• Experience developing for a platform with a large database of users and content
• Experience building sites that handle payments
